About the University

Established in 1963, RV College of Engineering (RVCE) in Bangalore, Karnataka, is a leading autonomous private engineering college managed by Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST). Affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, and accredited by AICTE and NBA, RVCE is one of India’s top self-financing engineering institutions. Located 13 km from Bangalore’s city center, it serves over 1,400 students annually.

Academic Programs

RVCE offers 15 undergraduate Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) programs, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, and Aerospace Engineering, all with a duration of 4 years. It also provides 14 Master’s programs (M.Tech, MCA, M.Arch) and Doctoral studies. All courses are taught in English and hold autonomous status from VTU. Admission is through Karnataka CET, COMEDK UGET, or management quota.
