Amur State Medical Academy

Overview

Amur State Medical Academy is a government-run medical university located in Blagoveshchensk, the administrative center of Amur Oblast in the Russian Far East. It was originally established as the Blagoveshchensk State Medical Institute in 1952 by order of the USSR Council of Ministers and transformed into Amur State Medical Academy in 1996. This long standing institution has a legacy of producing qualified doctors and integrating European standards into its training model.
